Drop in pork prices everywhere. I wonder if the risk of swine flu is big enough not to splurge on pork.

Sales from the large group the other night has more than taken care of a large fraction of our quota for this week. We'll earn a hefty amount if we keep our average pace until the weekend, and I expect a crowd tomorrow lunch and dinner.

Pork sales declined over the last week. Swine flu threat, what have you. Instead, there's an increase in sales of chicken dishes, as well as beef though not by a large percent. Seafood sales remain the same.

Lambo Bovina is not getting paid this week.
