I wonder if the risk of swine flu is big enough not to splurge on pork.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;[YUGAO]&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sales from the large group the other night has more than taken care of a large fraction of our quota for this week. We'll earn a hefty amount if we keep our average pace until the weekend, and I expect a crowd tomorrow lunch and dinner. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pork sales declined over the last week. Swine flu threat, what have you. Instead, there's an increase in sales of chicken dishes, as well as beef though not by a large percent. Seafood sales remain the same. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lambo Bovina is not getting paid this week.</content>
